Notre histoire d\u00e9bute en 1878 lorsque Mr. Kochenburger quitte l\u2019Alsace pour le Canada. Pendant une quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, ce dernier apprendra les rudiments du m\u00e9tier transmis par son p\u00e8re et vingt ans apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e au pays en 1987, il fonde sa propre entreprise : Jean Kochenburger et ses Fils inc.
